When we charge
Fees are debited from your balance at the moment of the transaction. They appear as a separate entry in Activity, never hidden inside the main amount.
Taxes
The costs listed exclude VAT. Where applicable, VAT is itemised before you confirm the transaction.
Fee changes
If we change a fee, we notify you by email and push notification 60 calendar days in advance, as required by regulation.
How to avoid fees
- Top up by bank transfer rather than card or cash
- Use the virtual card if you don’t need plastic
- Pay at merchants instead of withdrawing cash
