You can download all your account documentation from the app, free of charge.
Receipt for a transaction
- Go to Activity.
- Tap the transaction.
- Tap Download receipt.
A PDF is generated with the transaction number, date, time, amount, origin and destination details, and a verification code.
Account statement
- Go to Activity → Statements.
- Choose the period (monthly or custom range, max 12 months).
- Choose the format: PDF or CSV.
- Tap Generate.
Statements older than 90 days may take a few minutes. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.
Account ownership certificate
Confirms you hold the account and shows your CVU. Useful for registering accounts with employers or agencies.
Download it from Profile → My account details → Ownership certificate.
Balance certificate
Shows your balance on a given date. Used for immigration procedures, loan applications or court filings.
Request it from Profile → Certificates. Issued within 24 business hours.
Tax documentation
Under Profile → Tax you’ll find:
- Breakdown of withholdings and taxes applied
- Statement of yield earned per calendar year
- Withholding certificate for the credit and debit transaction tax
This documentation is available from March each year, covering the prior tax year.
History available
We retain and you can download transactions going back 10 years. The last 12 months are available instantly; earlier periods are generated on request.
