How to see your current limits

Go to Profile → Limits. You’ll see how much you’ve used and what remains in each category.

How to raise your limits

  1. Upgrade your level. This is the main route. See the account levels article.
  2. Request a one-off increase. If you need a single transaction above your limit, go to Profile → Limits → Request increase. You’ll need to justify the transaction and may be asked for supporting documents. Resolved within 48 business hours.

When limits reset

  • Daily limits: at 00:00 Argentina time
  • Monthly limits: on the 1st of each month

Voluntarily lowering limits

You can lower your own limits at any time from Profile → Limits. It’s good security practice if you don’t transact large amounts. Reductions are immediate; raising them back takes 24 hours.

Temporary security limits

We may apply temporary restrictions if we detect unusual activity, if you recently changed your phone or email, or if there’s an open claim on your account.
