To receive money you just need to share your CVU or alias.

Where to find your details

Go to Profile → My account details. You’ll see:

  • Your CVU: 22 digits, unique and permanent
  • Your alias: a short, editable name
  • A button to share both via WhatsApp, email or another app

Customising your alias

  1. Go to Profile → My account details → Edit alias.
  2. Choose one between 6 and 20 characters. Letters, numbers, dots and hyphens allowed.
  3. Confirm. The change is immediate.

You can change your alias up to 3 times per calendar year.

For one-off collections, generate a link:

  1. Tap Request on the home screen.
  2. Enter an amount (optional) and a description.
  3. Share the link or QR code.

Whoever receives it can pay you from any compatible wallet.

Receiving limits

  • Basic account: up to ARS 50,000 total balance
  • Verified account: up to ARS 3,000,000
  • Plus account: no cap

If an incoming transfer would push you over your cap, it’s automatically rejected and returned to the sender.

Notifications

You get a push notification for every incoming payment. You can disable them in Settings → Notifications, though we don’t recommend it.
