What you need

  • Your physical DNI (front and back)
  • Good lighting
  • Camera access enabled on your device

Steps

  1. Go to Profile → Verify identity.
  2. Photograph the front of your DNI. Make sure all data is legible.
  3. Photograph the back.
  4. Complete the liveness check: follow the on-screen prompts (turn your head, blink).
  5. Confirm your tax details: CUIT/CUIL and AFIP status.

How long it takes

Most verifications resolve in under 10 minutes. Cases requiring manual review can take up to 48 business hours.

Possible statuses

  • Pending: we’re processing your documents.
  • Approved: you have full access.
  • Action required: one of the photos didn’t meet requirements. You can retry.
  • Rejected: we couldn’t validate your identity. Contact support.

Common rejection reasons

  • Blurry photos or glare
  • Expired DNI
  • Entered data doesn’t match the document
  • Using photocopies instead of the original document
