You can pay utility bills, taxes and subscriptions from your balance.

How to pay a bill

  1. Tap Pay bills on the home screen.
  2. Search for the company by name or scan the barcode on the bill.
  3. Enter your customer or account number.
  4. Check the amount and due date.
  5. Confirm with your passcode.

Saving frequent bills

After paying, tap Save this biller. It appears in your list and you won’t need to re-enter the account number.

Under Pay bills → My billers you’ll see the outstanding balance for each, updated automatically.

Direct debit

You can set up automatic payment for any saved biller:

  1. Open the biller under My billers.
  2. Enable Direct debit.
  3. Decide whether to set an amount cap (if a bill exceeds it, it isn’t paid automatically and we notify you).

The debit runs 2 business days before the due date.

If there aren’t sufficient funds, we retry the next day. If it fails again, we notify you and you’ll need to pay manually.

Processing

Payments are reported to the company within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the sector. The bill may still show as unpaid on the company’s site during that window. Your payment receipt is valid from the moment of the transaction.

Late payments

If you pay after the due date, the amount may include interest. The app shows the updated amount at the time of enquiry.

Receipt

Download it from Activity by opening the payment. It includes the transaction number and serves as proof to the company.

If you paid twice

Contact the service provider directly. The surplus is usually credited against your next bill. We can’t reverse a payment already reported.
