There are four ways to add funds.

1. Transfer from another bank

Fastest option, no cost.

  1. Copy your CVU or alias from Profile → My account details.
  2. From your bank’s online banking or app, transfer to that CVU.
  3. It credits within seconds.

2. With a debit card

  1. Tap Top up → Debit card.
  2. Enter the card details.
  3. Confirm the amount.

Instant credit. Carries a 1.5% fee on the amount loaded.

3. In cash

  1. Tap Top up → Cash.
  2. Enter the amount and generate a payment code.
  3. Go to any participating payment point and show the code.

Credit: up to 2 business hours. Fee: flat ARS 500 per load. Maximum per transaction: ARS 200,000.

4. Direct debit from your bank

Set up in Top up → Direct debit. You define an amount and frequency and the money is debited from your bank account.

Requires validating bank account ownership with a micro-deposit verification.

Top-up limits

  • Basic account: cannot exceed ARS 50,000 total balance
  • Verified account: up to ARS 1,000,000 per day
  • Plus account: up to ARS 5,000,000 per day

If you topped up and it didn’t credit

For cash, wait the full 2 business hours. Otherwise check Activity. If it shows as rejected, funds return to source within 48 business hours.
